I fell in love with the whole restaurant environment from an early age, at just fourteen I took my first part-time job in a local restaurant. The delicious smells, the vibrant colours and the varying atmospheres all fuelled my passion.
Having graduated from University in Switzerland, I moved to London. There I gained a wave of experience, including catering for such events as London Fashion Week and London Nordic Film Festival. Shortly after without hesitation I took the opportunity to open my very own restaurant, Lisa’s.
Having made this a booming success I was after a new challenge and I decided to follow love back to Switzerland, together we moved to Chamonix, France.
Then came the birth of Cool Cats, continuing my passion for finding fun, rustic ways of combining and presenting international food and flavours.
We are proud to use only local produce in everything we serve, from our artisanal hot dogs to our fruit puree champagne bellinis.
