Cool Cats Hot Dogs are our speciality! 

Cool Cats hot dogs is a concept that we have created, inspired by street food from all over the world, with a focus on locally sourced produce and homemade products. The sausages are being made by local butchers and spiced with seasoning that can be found in local forests or gardens. The bread is being made by carefully selected local bakers, and delivered fresh each morning.  

Street food for us are plates that are focusing 100% on a combination of flavours and focus on taste and ingredients, presented in simple, colourful ways.   

We are located on 116 Rue des Moulins, Chamonix.

This winter we have decided to lend out our walls to a brand created by rideres that makes snowboarding so much more fun. We will have two test boards as well for your disposal.

Brand New Cool outside bar & terrace opened till 11pm, with loads of blankets candles and reggae tunes!

This winter we have changed the outdoor terraces, instead of the bench there is now a cozy long big sofa with loads of blankets and pillows to disappear in. The heater lamps will warm you up, together with our hot chocolate, wine & prosecco outside bar, we calle her THE HOT CAT BAR.

We have playlist with reggae, hip hop, jazz and funk together with old classics made to sing along to, keeping you company while you see the snow fall to candle lights and friends with good food and wine.

Cool Cats new kitchen & Menu

We believe that cooking food should be done together with creative minds that you can grow and learn from. Therefore this winter we have welcomed two new fantastic and passionate chefs in the kitchen. Tony from South Africa previously worked at Le Délice in Les Houches, a big teddy bear that would cook food 24h a day if he could, his mind is endless of ideas and creativity. Steff from the UK, been in Chamonix for ages and is the old head chef of one of our favorite places, Monkey in Chamonix Sud. His experience in street food is badass and his morals of not taking shortcuts is what cooking is all about. Cool Cats could not be more psyched  to have you both in the kitchen with Lisa this winter.

 Margaritaville, Koh Chang, Thailand. My best friends place, she makes the best Nachos! She let me borrow her recipe of minced meat, spiced with coriander, paprika, garlic & much more. These cheddar nachos topped with corn, cocktail tomatoes, cucumber, fresh chilli, & jalapenos, with a lime aioli pored on the top are so good I had them every day for one week!

 This Danish speciality from Skagen is amazing, chilli sausage topped with a shrimp, dill, red onions lemon & majo mix topped with roasted onions. So fresh, it's a great take on surf & turf!

BIG POWDER DAYS...

For all our lovely winter guests: 

We are here to enjoy the mountain as you are, therefore in case of big dumps of snow we are closed to go riding and open at 16.00. Although in case of this happening we will announce it the day before on Instagram and Facebook so if you have not heard anything, we will be opened as normal, non stop 12.00 - 01.30 everyday.
